Water crisis in San Fancisco

(SAN FRANCISCO) — Throughout California’s desperately dry Central Valley, those with water to spare are cashing in. As a third parched summer forces farmers to fallow fields and lay off workers, two water districts and a pair of landowners in the heart of the state’s farmland are making millions of dollars by auctioning off their private caches. TIME; July 2

Shown here is the chart for the New Moon of June 27 at San Francisco. Notice that the IC  [4cn38] is conjunct the New Moon [5cn37]. In a previous post [1] we saw how the same New Moon positioned on the MC in Iran was creating a water crisis there so that the following extract applies here too!

Apart from the fact that the New Moon is in tropical Cancer – a water sign, it is also conjunct the stars of the Chinese asterism Tsing, The Well. This asterism reminded the Chinese that good water was hard to come by and digging wells was hard work, so no immoderate use of water was  allowed [2].

Progressing the chart to July 2, the date of the new brings the Uranus-Pluto square sharply to the angles.

The  Uranus-Pluto square aspecting the Cancer New Moon is creating a crisis  with the potential for a radical awakening of consciousness in how we use (misuse?) water.  How can we replace the current ways of using our water resource without starvation? Water is not an unlimited resource.  Individual awareness of this fact must accumulate until collective consciousness evolves so the power lies within each of us to change our minds and, thus, to overcome the crisis.
