Coma Berenices
Berenice's Hair
A woman (a hairdresser) has had a finger amputated - and told she
was within hours of death - after being bitten by a false widow spider. Andrea
Wallace, from Seaham, County Durham , was bitten in a Sunderland
park and described the result as "like something out of a horror
movie". The attack left her with flesh-eating bug necrotising fasciitis,
which required 10 weeks in hospital. False widows are the UK
As so often
in previous posts, here too we will see how a forgotten eclipse continues to
create events perfectly in line with its stars. Shown here is the chart for the
last solar eclipse of April 29 at Seaham. The eclipse [8ta52] is square the
meridian axis. On the IC [6le58] we have Praesepe, M44 Cancri, “The Beehive” - a
nebulous cluster in the Crab’s shell that Diana Rosenberg links to “animal and insect attacks”. [1]
The eclipse
itself is conjunct Al Kaff al Jidhmah, gamma Cetus [9ta38].
Kaffeljidhma, Al Kaff al Jidhmah or Al-Kaff
al-Jadhma' , "The cut-short
hand", (reaching from the Pleiades) is the Arabs' name for the whole
group marking the Whale's head, but in modern lists is exclusively applied to
this star. Those in the head are; alpha (Menkar), gamma (Kaffaljidhma), delta,
lambda, mu, xi ¹and xi2, were Al Kaff al Jidhmah, "the Part of a Hand", from a fancied resemblance to their
"Stained Hand", our Cassiopeia. [2]
The
progressed Ascendant [7li], the Sun[9ta] and Neptune
[7pi] form a temporary Yod – a combination known to create sudden “fated”
events. Neptune is also conjunct the star
Situala, kappa Aquari [9pi] in the hand of the ancient goddess
Gula. Once again Diana Rosenberg links stars in this area to “venomous insect stings” [4]. The progressed Ascendant [7li] is also
conjunct the star Diadem, alpha Coma Berenice [9li]. In addition, the current
New Moon [1li08] which fell on the
Ascendant [3li] at Seaham is conjunct the
Coma Cluster in Berenice’s Hair.[5] The
Daily Mail [6] reports that Ms Andrea Wallace, the victim, is a hairdresser!
