A Nova is discovered as Putin claims power at UN

A Nova has been discovered in Sagittarius [1] at R.A. = 18 03 32.77, Decl.= -28 16 05.3 which translates to an ecliptic longitude  of 270d47m. It was discovered by K. Itagaki, Yamagata, Japan on September 27. The findings were confirmed by other researchers on September 28, the very day of the lunar eclipse. A chart for the eclipse at Yamagata has it placed on the meridian axis.

Mercury and the TNP Zeus on the MC are in an area of stars that Diana Rosenberg links to events connected to the sky such as astronomy, astrology, meterology, navigation, aviation and space and cites giving the following examples under transits to these stars:

This was Sun and Jupiter  in 1957 when the USSR launched the Sputnik, the first artificial Earth satellite and the Moon at the moment the first human set foot on it in 1969. Even those who do not fly are drawn to the sky and light: there are chart elements here of the 17th century experimental physicist Robert Hooke, the first to build a reflecting Gregorian telescope; 17th – 18th century mathematician astronomer Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh, builder of yantras, massive stone instruments for analysing the heavens; 19th century industrialist/ manufacturer  of optical instruments Carl Zeiss etc.

But as we have mentioned before the Sabian symbol  [2] of the degree at which an object is discovered always has connection to events on earth.

1º Capricorn (271): AN INDIAN CHIEF CLAIMS POWER FROM THE ASSEMBLED TRIBE.

A  time comes in many lives when an individual finds himself placed in a situation that allows him to assume power over his comrades, however limited that power may be. Is he ready to do this effectively and responsibly? This is the supreme test  of man in society.
On the very same day that this Nova was discovered,  the Russian President Putin  was addressing the UN and laying out a plan of action to solve the crisis in Syria. While the American President, waffled and looked weak and confused and downright hypocritical, his Russian counterpart went ahead and “seized power” before the  assembled world leaders. In the days that have followed Russia has backed up its plans with decisive action in Syria – the hall mark of a “chief”.
