Montreal Mayor Denis Coderre says the city will
meet conditions imposed Monday by Canada's environment and climate change
minister and proceed with its controversial proposal to dump eight billion
litres of raw sewage into the St. Lawrence River as early as this week. Catherine
McKenna said earlier Monday that the city could proceed with the dump once it
meets strict new conditions for monitoring and minimizing the environmental
impact of the dump. Nov.9 http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/montreal-sewage-midnight-deadline-1.3310772
The
September 13 solar eclipse took place in conjunction with star Denebola in the hind of
the Lion. In several previous posts [1][2][3][4][5] we saw that literally and metaphorically
speaking this refers to all kinds of
effluents that a living system needs to throw out if it is not to die because of the toxic wastes
it produces. A chart for the solar
eclipse at Montreal is shown here. Notice that it makes a sharp aspect to Uranus
on the MC which is square Pluto in the 6th house of health and
hygiene related issues. Reference [6]
tells us that Pluto is directly linked to sewage systems so that the eclipse at
Montreal is obviously focusing on effluent waste as it affects public health.
Pluto, generally accepted as ruler, or
co-ruler with Mars, of the sign Scorpio, governs the excretory organs which
control the sewage system of the body, as well as municipal sewage systems [6].
If we now
progress the eclipse chart to Nov. 9, the date of the news, we find that the
progressed Ascendant conjoins the eclipse and thereby triggers it.
So what
does this mean symbolically? The eclipse is telling us that things have gone too far, we have allowed too
much of “garbage” to accumulate inside ourselves. Perhaps we have not used our
powers of discrimination and permitted ourselves to be influenced by society, leaders
and others who did not have our best interest in mind. If we do not “detoxify”
now, it is quite likely that we will “die” just as the residents of Montreal
will unless they agree to this controversial proposal to dump raw sewage into
the St. Lawrence River. There is no other option.
