Eclipse of Yoshihiko Noda

Shinzō Abe born (21 September 1954) is the current Prime Minister of Japan, in office since 2012. A Japanese politician, he has been President of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP)  and the chairman of the Oyagaku propulsion parliamentary group. Abe became the Prime Minister again following the LDP's landslide victory in the 2012 general election with a government on 26 December 2012.

Yoshihiko Noda is the former Prime Minister of Japan, a member of the Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ), and a member of the House of Representatives (lower house) in the Diet (national legislature. Following a severe loss for the DPJ in the December 2012 general election, Noda conceded defeat and announced his resignation as party leader.

Eclipses have long been known to have a major effect on the fortunes of Governments and nations especially if they occur in the tenth house [1]. Shown above is the lunar eclipse of 28th November at Tokyo. Notice that the eclipse Moon is placed in the tenth house forming the apex of a Yod. A Yod is a special configuration where one planet forms inconjunct aspects to two other planets which are sextile to each other.  A Yod is very much like arriving at a fork in the road and having to take one or another path. This is not a matter of conscious or deliberate decision but instead is one due to unrecognised necessity.

If we progress the eclipse to 26 December 2012 we notice that the all important Uranus-Pluto square has reached the angles.  Also notice Kronos [government] Hades [decline] on the midheaven. In simple terms, Uranus-Pluto is usually the end of an old order and the beginning of a new one. Kronos with Uranus-Pluto would be a change of leadership.
