SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., (Aug. 20,
2013) — In court papers filed today (PDF), the United States Department of
Justice requested that George W. Bush, Richard Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Colin
Powell, Condoleezza Rice and Paul Wolfowitz be granted procedural immunity in a
case alleging that they planned and waged the Iraq War in violation of
international law. Plaintiff Sundus Shaker Saleh, an Iraqi single mother and
refugee now living in Jordan, filed a complaint in March 2013 in San Francisco
federal court alleging that the planning and waging of the war constituted a
“crime of aggression” against Iraq, a legal theory that was used by the
Nuremberg Tribunal to convict Nazi war criminals after World War II.
At the
onset I refer readers to an earlier post where I explain why I think George
Bush is likely to go to jail.
Twelve
years ago in September 2001, George Bush and the US Sibley had Jupiter [13cn] transit conjunct radix Sun and Pluto [13sa]
transit quincunx the Sun.
Steven
Forrest describes Jupiter-Pluto thus:
Links opportunity to desire, vision
to intensity, self-confidence to a willingness to upset the apple cart.
Gentleness is a precious part of life but it is not particularly relevant to
either of these planets, especially Pluto. Seizing destiny, claiming more
territory for oneself, expanding one’s bubble…these extensions are often greeted
with mixed responses from people around us. We may hear a chorus of “ouches”. [1]

(below). Notice that the Jupiter-Uranus-Pluto T-square is prominently placed in
the angles for both charts.
We are now
entering a period [Aug 13 to Feb 14] when
Jupiter has once again returned to a conjunction to the Sun in the
radix charts of George Bush and the US Sibley. But this time around Pluto, the
planet of retribution, is opposite.
Faith is embattled. Perhaps someone
has gone down a road for the wrong reasons. Under the hard aspects those
illusions are challenged. And we hate it![1]
Here are
two reasons why Bush might go to jail
Reason 1

George
Bush’s Moon [16li42] is conjunct the star Seginus [16li55] of Bootes.
About
Seginus Robson and Liliy tell us:
With Moon: Preferment by indirect
means followed by disgrace and ruin. [Robson, p.207.] [3]
With the Moon, William Lily [4]
warns that the native “may be questioned
for foule acts and committed to Prison”.
Finally, it
is important to note that Pluto transit (currently at 11cp) is beginning an
opposition to George Bush’s Sun (13cn) and square to his Moon (16li). While the transit may take a couple of years
to manifest fully, the possibility of Robson and Lily’s prediction coming true
cannot be ruled out.
Reason 2
The
position of Saturn in the twelfth house (Bush's radix chart) in its detriment (Cancer) afflicted by
Mars increases the chances of imprisonment.
