The rules for
judging weather using solar ingress charts are given by Kim Farnell in her “A Basic Guide to Astro-Meteorology” [1]
. Regular readers will be aware that these rules have been used in several previous
posts [2] [3] [4] [5] to successfully explain recent freak weather conditions. In each case, as in this one, Neptune in Pisces appeared to be the culprit!
The
cardinal solar ingress charts are
interpreted using the 4th house as the main indicator followed by the first
house…planets which are conjunct (or in hard
aspects to) angles also need to be noted.
The Cancer
Ingress chart has Neptune square the
fourth house cusp and the current New Moon chart (and the upcoming Full Moon) has Neptune on the descendant.
But that is not all with Neptune conjunct the IC, the Winter Solstice or Capricorn Ingress chart (considered by many astrologers to be the year chart) also carries an indicator for theColorado floods.
Kim Farnell adds:

Progressing
the winter ingress chart to 13th September when the rains started brings the
descendant to the conjunction of Neptune
serving as a trigger for the Neptunian deluge!
Kim Farnell adds:
Astrologer
Eric Hughes writing on Neptune in Pisces reminds us that climate change and not some local phenomena is the real reason behind the current freak weather conditions [6] [7]:

2013; 09:54:13 UT - Mars (11 le 36'21") square Deucalion (11 sc 36'21)
A chart
drawn for Mars square Deucalion at Boulder ,
Colorado has its IC (10sc10) conjunct
Deucalion (11sc36) with Mars square.
In Greek mythology, Deucalion (Greek:
Δευκαλίων) was a son of Prometheus; ancient sources name his mother as Clymene,
Hesione, or Pronoia. The anger of Zeus was ignited by the hubris of the
Pelasgians, so he decided to put an end to the Bronze Age. Lycaon, the king of
Arcadia, had sacrificed a boy to Zeus, who was appalled by this savage
offering. Zeus unleashed a deluge, so that the rivers ran in torrents and the
sea flooded the coastal plain, engulfed the foothills with spray, and washed
everything clean. Deucalion, with the aid of his father Prometheus, was saved
from this deluge by building a chest (that is, a "box"). Like the
Biblical Noah and the Mesopotamian counterpart Utnapishtim, he uses his device
to survive the deluge with his wife, Pyrrha. Wiki
