Corvus the Raven in Delhi

NEW DELHI: 8 Oct 2013: Only two species in nature have the ability to make hooks for use as tools - humans and the New Caledonian crows. But many thought that the crows' use of hooked twigs to take out insects from holes was just trial and error that they went through. But new research shows that's not the case. The crows pay close attention to the features of each tool, ensuring that the hooked end is oriented correctly for snagging prey. http://bit.ly/1bUNGGz

Every month the New Moon falls amidst a group of stars that we call constellations. Several of these constellations have animal or bird names and astrologers have noticed that in a strange coincidence that particular animal or bird occurs significantly in the news in the lunar month that follows the New Moon.  For example the current New Moon took place on 5 October at 11li56 conjunct the star Gienah of Corvus the Raven [10li54]  [1] and at Delhi ,where the news item originated, it was on the Ascendant i.e. on the horizon and just rising – a point that is considered extremely significant in astrology.

Legend: Apollo gave a feast to Jupiter and requiring water sent the raven with a cup (Crater) to fetch some. On his way the raven noticed a fig tree, and, resting there until the figs became ripe, feasted himself upon them until, remembering his errand and fearing the anger of Apollo, he picked up a snake (Hydra) and on his return gave as an excuse that it had prevented him from filling the cup. Apollo ordained in punishment that the raven should never drink so long as figs were not ripe, and placed the raven (Corvus), cup (Crater) and snake (Hydra) in the heavens as a memorial. [Robson*, p.40.]

Influences: According to Ptolemy, Corvus is like Mars and Saturn. It is said to give craftiness, greediness, ingenuity, patience, revengefulness, passion, selfishness, lying, aggressiveness, and material instincts, and sometimes causes its natives to become agitators. [Robson*, p.41.]

Is it a coincidence that in the month of October we have seen instances of politicians, including the Prime Minister’s office,  in Delhi lying in the coal scam? [2]

We also note that the New Moon forms a powerful Grand Cross with Uranus-Pluto-Kronos-Hades on the angles and therefore extremely significant. This combination has been discussed in previous posts and reproduced below for easy reference [3]

Kronos-Hades: Humiliation of leaders; to be aware of criminal activity; leaders, executives or experts make mistakes or discuss the past or investigations; to be aware of laws that relate to criminals or criminal procedures

Pluto-Hades: To hear of criminal activities in the world of finance or big business

Pluto-Kronos: To see abuse of power through misuse of office, position, laws or procedures; to see leaders under substantial pressure
