Titanic violin auction and the Lyra eclipse

The violin that was apparently played to calm passengers on the Titanic as it sank was sold for £900,000 in just 10 minutes at auction in Wiltshire. It was played by band leader Wallace Hartley, who died along with 1,517 others as the ship went down. It had a guide price of £300,000. The BBC's Duncan Kennedy said the buyer was believed to be British. Auctioneer Alan Aldridge said the violin was the "rarest and most iconic" piece of Titanic memorabilia.

Shown here is the chart for the Full Moon eclipse of 18 Oct.  Since it is so strongly placed on the meridian axis, its message would  be felt at Devizes, Wiltshire. A previous post gives the details of the stars aligned with the Sun and Moon. The MC [21ar41]  is conjunct the star Baten Kaitos, zeta Ceti, [22ar07]  in the Sea Monster’s belly. Baten Kaiotos is one of the most frequently found stars involved in shipwrecks [1].  In the eclipse chart Jupiter [19cn54] is conjunct  lambda Gemini [19cn08], Pollux’s right hand. In Greek mythology, the Twins were musicians and Pollux’s skilled right hand is here so that very appropriately we have here  the chart elements of famous composers like Brahms, Respighi, Mahler, Stravinsky, Villa Lobos, Vangelis, Richard Strauss and Scott Joplin amongst others.  There is also an interest in the past, in myths, folk tales, ancient mores and artifacts, psychology and a love of art and music so that we also have here 18th - 19th century philologist Jacob Grimm,  collector of folk songs and folk tales. But more significant in the context of the news item here is also the Mars position of Titanic’s band leader Wallace Hartley, who kept his group playing to calm the passengers and went down with the ship. [2]

Opposite Jupiter is the star Sheliak of Lyra.

The lyre was originally bestowed with the qualities to invoke and communicate the messages of the gods. As the harp of the angelic messengers, its tuning and voice are not merely for pleasure, but specifically to harmonically translate divine information into vibration that supports healing and our evolutionary unfoldment.

Lyra, and prominent alignments with Lyra, indicate involvement with the music of the spheres, that is, the use of natural astronomically and resonant harmonics for healing, illumination, and for greater evolutionary purpose. Prominent alignments and aspects to Lyra are often found in musicians, artists and those involved with art-sciences and multi-media projects--those with intent to use harmonics of light, sound, and geometry for the expansion of consciousness. Lyra is not just of the mathematical artsciences of natural harmonics in light and sound, but also of their application unfolding in geometry and time--all working intelligently together. [3]

Jupiter is in tropical Cancer – a sign associated with nurturance, compassion and empathy. So that the essential message of the eclipse is as follows:

Chained Andromeda (Moon position) can be freed  from her fears, healed and helped to take steps towards her evolutionary unfoldment by the strong man Bootes (Sun position) not so much by crude force but by  developing empathy and compassion perhaps  using Lyra and all that it symbolically stands for.
