Turkey coal mine explosion at Full Moon

At least 166 are dead after a power distribution unit caused a deadly explosion and fire in a Turkish coal mine in the western part of the country. Energy Minister Taner Yildiz said 787 people were inside at the time of the accident and 363 have been rescued so far. An explosion at a coal mine in Soma,Turkey killed at least 166 workers on Tuesday, officials said, and about 200 people were believed to be still trapped inside early on Wednesday. http://time.com/98560/turkey-coal-mine-explosion/

If we look at the chart of the Wedneday, April 14 Full Moon at Soma  the reason for the accident becomes  quite clear. Notice the violent and stressful  Uranus-Pluto-Mars-Jupiter Grand Cross on the meridian axis, especially the position of Uranus on the IC (4th house cusp). About this position of Uranus in mundane charts, H.S. Green [1] in his “Mundane or National Astrology” writes:

“If afflicted…accidents in mines, fall of buildings and explosions”

Adding a further detail is the conjunction of the Full Moon [23sc55]  in tropical Scorpio to  the stars Unukalhai, alpha Serpentis [22sc15]  and  Agena, beta Centauri [23sc58] . Diana Rosenberg [2]  lists “danger from poisons or toxic substances (Serpens), lung and respiratory problems, (smothering, suffocation, smoke, smog or gas inhalation” among other events in this area.
