As millions go online to share information about
the Gaza
conflict, a social media campaign calling for tolerance is building. Jews and
Arabs around the world have been sharing loving images of coexistence and using
the hashtag #JewsAndArabsRefuseToBeEnemies in an effort to change the discourse
online.

Of all techniques
in mundane astrology, the analysis of the horoscope for the birth of a nation
is considered the most important. Astrodienst [1] provides the following data
for the birth of Israel ;14
May 1948; 4:00 pm (EET) ; Tel Aviv ,Israel . If we add the details provided by the Trans-Neptunian
Points (TNPs) and asteroids, a much clearer picture emerges. The current solar
arc progressed Sun [26cn43] is square Hades [26ar53] in the 7th house of “enemies” (*) and separating from the radix MC [25cn]. (Please
note that the current Last Quarter Moon of July 19, 2014 with Sun [26cn21] and
Moon [26ar21] has served as a trigger to the solar direction.)
The following asteroids and TNP form hard aspects: Vesta [29cn]; Admetus [20ar]; Hades [27ar] Orpheus [24ar]; Amycus [25ar]. Martha Wescott Lang’s delineation given below appears to provide a perfect picture ofIsrael ’s
relationship with the Palestinians (7th house).

Admetus/Hades
Think of Admetus as patience, determination and
"hanging in there" (in the
face of difficulties and frustrations.)
Now, think of Hades, as...well,
yeah, HELL (and, of course I'm
exaggerating...I hope!) What happens: people "hang in there and
pride themselves on being able to endure
and survive"--while some situations go right down the hopper. People can numb themselves to the fact that something's wrong
(and getting worse.) People can be so
patient that they don't do anything about depression or hardships that they face.
Hades also stands for The Past--and that includes
the Ancient Past, so residuals from the
past can shape reactions (from their
place deep in the sub-conscious.)
Admetus tends to "tighten
and toughen" so it can "stand" something, and Hades brings decline And you may see some events that strike you as
meaning that because people (and this
can mean the international community in our case here) just stood by and did nothing,
there was suffering, long-term
difficulty and decline.
Hades/Vesta
Cold treatment of others has the effect of being a "put down"--as though by
not having any emotions for another, you
"erase" them or give them the message that they're not worth noticing.
It is BECAUSE a person is
disconnected from their feelings that others are mistreated, situations turn sour, and
difficulties aren't noticed.
Admetus/Orpheus
It looks as though people and situations will be
showing you how long a sorrow can be
held, how much a person can endure as their life comes to a close, or how a person can become inured to
the sorrows in their life. There may be some reason to notice caskets,
cemetaries or a painful longing for a
place--for a Land.
While the
foregoing delineation from Martha Wescott is startling in its accuracy
describing the Isreali-Palestinian scenario quite accurately, new hope about
a possible change in attitude comes from the centaur Amycus (55595).
Amycus
Amycus is a
newly discovered centaur. It has its perihelion in Scorpio and node in Aquarius
so that Philip Sedgwick gives the following interpretation:
With double fixed sign emphasis associated with
critical orbit points, this centaur insists upon being firm and taking a stand.
Solidity, reliability, confidence and unshakable resolve highlight this body. Yet,
sometimes too much resolve stands in the way of resiliency. Thus, the
node offers a level of open-minded consideration. When new data or insights
arrive that improve the current point of view, position or what have you, it
simply becomes integrated. No sense of wrong, failure or inadequacy goes with
this. Simply, this regards all insight as valid. It includes only what
resonates well in the core of the being. The rest is left behind with no need
to disregard, diminish or disprove its merit. Using the vehicle of inclusion
of the new at all moments in time, one’s place and view of life continuously
improves, ensuring even greater solidity in life.
(*) The
Sabian Symbols for radix Hades (26ar53) and solar arc Sun (26cn43) are highly
illuminating in the present context.
Phase 117 A violent
storm in a canyon filled with expensive homes.

values.
Phase 27 Through

Revision of
attitude and inner revelation.

Another
contributing factor for the sudden spurt in the Middle
East violence was the
phenomena of Moon Wobble which was mentioned in previous posts. From the details given below
notice that the Nodal axis coincided with the horizon axis in Israel ’s chart acting as a trigger
to the solar arc direction mentioned above.
On July 16 at 11:22:52 UT, the Sun [23cn52] will
square the Mean Node [23li52]. This is a phenomena known as “Moon Wobble”.
While it is exact on July 16, 2014 it may be felt for approximately a week on
either side.
Moon Wobbles were discovered in the 1930's, when
research by astrologer Carl Payne Tobey (1902-1980), the original editor of
Astrology Magazine, revealed that disasters occur in cycles associated with the
conjunction (0°), opposition (180°) and square (90°) from the Sun to the Moon's
Node. These powerful contacts occur when the Sun and the Node are in the same
sign, or the opposing sign, or when the Sun is in a square aspect to the nodal
axis.
During Moon Wobble the instability factor is high,
resulting in more accidents, fires, plane crashes, freak accidents, floods,
feats of nature, bizarre weather patterns, earthquakes, tornadoes, violence, Terrorism, riots, and political and
personal upheavals. These
Cycles bring suppressed energies in people and Mother Nature to the surface,
erupting and disrupting.
