Widow of chain smoker wins $23.6 billion in damages

Iustitia, the Roman goddess of Justice

A Florida jury has slammed the nation's No. 2 cigarette maker, R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co., with $23.6 billion in punitive damages in a lawsuit filed by the widow of a longtime smoker who died of lung cancer in 1996. The case is one of thousands filed in Florida after the state Supreme Court in 2006 tossed out a $145 billion class action verdict. That ruling also said smokers and their families need only prove addiction and that smoking caused their illnesses or deaths. Last year, Florida's highest court re-approved that decision, which made it easier for sick smokers or their survivors to pursue lawsuits against tobacco companies without having to prove to the court again that Big Tobacco knowingly sold dangerous products and hid the hazards of cigarette smoking. The damages a Pensacola jury awarded Friday to Cynthia Robinson after a four-week trial come in addition to $16.8 million in compensatory damages. July 20 http://dailym.ai/WmfEbu

The recent transit of  Mars and the North Node over 25 Libra has activated two dormant eclipses – the Full Moon lunar eclipses of 18 October  2013[25ar45] and 15 April 2014 [25li16]. Here we will look at the lunar eclipse of 18 October 2013. The eclipse was square Jupiter on the IC at Pensacola,FloridaJupiter [20cn] on the IC [23cn] is conjunct upsilon Geminorum,[21cn33] in Pollux’s upper chest. Diana Rosenberg links this area to “lung ailments”[1].  In addition, Jupiter forms hard aspects to Neptune and Zeus for which Martha Wescott provides the following delineations:

Jupiter-Neptune: Respiratory or allergy problems.
Zeus-Neptune: A combination of fire and smoke (cigarette smoke?)

On July 20, the date of the news, the progressed MC [27li] reaches a conjunction to the eclipse Sun [25li45] which in turn is conjunct the stars Spica, alpha Virginis [24li12], Arcturus [24li26], alpha Bootis and  Nekkar, beta Bootis [24li30] in the Herdsman’s head. An “inclination to addiction” and  “lung ailments” are some issues listed in this area [2].

Bootis, the Herdsman was often shown as a “Protector” and called the “Unarmed One”. The constellation Virgo  was sometimes identified with  the virgin goddess Iustitia or Astraea, holding the scales of justice in her hand as the constellation Libra. Interestingly, many of the other mythological female figures who were believed to represent Virgo include Dike (Greek mythology), and Erigone (Roman mythology), all of whom represented Justice. Once you realize that Libra (the scales of justice) is the next sign in the zodiac following Virgo, suddenly things begin to make more sense.

About this area Nick Fiorenza writes:

The Archturus-Spica longitude (at the Virgo-Libra cusp) defines the overall directive of this area of the zodiak, specifically Archturus. It is about the ensuring the safe evolutionary experience of souls on Earth. The area just before this longitude (late sidereal Virgo) is about responsibility to ensure proper environmental conditions exist for the safe and harmonious gestation and formation of life.

Boötes stands against the fallen corrupt (Benatnasch) totalitarian world powers that have demonstrated the inability over and again to ensure evolutionary fulfillment, with the continual destruction of the peoples of the Earth and typical catastrophic outcomes. The body of Boötes stands between the pure lucida of the Virgin (Spica) blocking the attempted manipulations of corrupt (Benatnasch) world powers.
