Low-cost electrical energy device developed at Stanford

Dragon – symbol of power, electricity and lightning

Now scientists at Stanford University have developed a low-cost, emissions-free device that uses an ordinary AAA battery to produce hydrogen by water electrolysis. The battery sends an electric current through two electrodes that split liquid water into hydrogen and oxygen gas. Unlike other water splitters that use precious-metal catalysts, the electrodes in the Stanford device are made of inexpensive and abundant nickel and iron. To understand the astrological basis for this news I take my readers back to the New Moon lunar cycle of March 30 to April 29. In his overview for this lunar month Nick Fiorenza wrote [1]:

The New Moon catalyzes an unprecedented lunar cycle providing opportunity for revolutionary change in many facets of our personal lives and in the world. The main event occurring in this lunar month is the Mars-Jupiter-Uranus-Pluto Grand Square. This Grand Square gateway is intense, challenging and deeply cathartic. It is a doorway that requires a decisive choice to leave one way of being, to live the wisdom gained from the past, and to morph into a new way of being and into a new world paradigm yet to unfold throughout the remainder of the 2010s. The New Moon occurs in mid-sidereal Pisces, conjoining Uranus within 2.5°, with the Sun and Moon activating the catalytic T-Square, specifically Uranus, impelling spontaneous, electrical, and radical innovative solutions to break free from the conforming bounds of the past, a theme continuing throughout this lunar cycle. The New-Moon conjoins Algenib of the Great Square of Pegasus, the wing tip of Pegasus, bringing inspiration to take decisive action to lift ourselves to greater heights, and from  binding limitations of an antiquated paradigm, both our personal paradigms and our global paradigm.

The Full Moon for this lunar cycle took place on April 15 and was a lunar eclipse. A chart for the Full Moon drawn for Standford, California is shown here. Notice the prominent placement of the Mars-Jupiter-Uranus-Pluto Grand Square on the meridian axis. More specifically, Mars on the MC is conjunct the stars of Draco, the dragon; Corvus, the Raven and Bootis.

About this area Diana Rosenberg [2] writes:

There is electricity in these stars, an intensity and brilliance that illuminates the brooding landscape of mankind’s travail on Earth…This is an area of physics and inventions, especially those connected to electricity, power sources, light and lightning.

It may be recalled that the ancient mythical dragon has been linked to lightning (see image above) and therefore by association with electricity.

The obvious question would be why now. As regular readers know mundane charts are activated when progressed angles pass over significant planets. Shown here is the eclipse chart progressed to August 22, the date of the new. Notice that progressed horizon axis triggers the Grand Cross on that day!
