FCC Approves Net Neutrality Rules For 'Open Internet'

The Federal Communications Commission approved the policy known as net neutrality by a 3-2 vote at its Thursday meeting, with FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler saying the policy will ensure "that no one — whether government or corporate — should control free open access to the Internet." The Open Internet Order helps to decide an essential question about how the Internet works, requiring service providers to be a neutral gateway instead of handling different types of Internet traffic in different ways — and at different costs. http://n.pr/1GyIs1P

Shown here is the chart for the February 25, First Quarter Moon at Washington, DC where the Federal Communications Commission has its headquarters. The Sun is conjunct stars in the Urn of the humanitarian Water Bearer. The refreshing water flowing from the Urn is a symbol a commodity available for all who “thirst”. The Moon is conjunct stars of action oriented Taurus. The following passage from Nick Fiorenza [1] summarizes the challenge of the First Quarter Moon which the FCC appears to have met very successfully.

Our First Quarter Moon Grand Square brings stimulus to step forth as leaders while standing in the midst of chaos and the adverse conditions of human life. It impels us to take charge to create infrastructures and order in our lives that support our fundamental physical needs; to create nurturing and protective environments; and to take pioneering and constructive action to manifest the visions we hold for our lives. One of the most common things forgotten of Taurus is the need to take action, without it, our visions do not manifest and we remain entrapped in the chaos and confusion common to tempestuous Hyades. Physical action to respond to the current conditions of life is essential. The Asbolus-Moon separating from the Sun-Neptune conjunction brings a significant impetus to see through commotionary diversions and to act upon real and more embracing solutions that serve to free up that which may have heretofore been seen as unjustly impossible or doomed (Moon opp stationing Saturn at the Head of the Scorpion).

Finally, the Sabian symbol for the Moon says it all.

An old well

Phase 67 : An old fashioned well under the shade of majestic trees

The generosity of nature makes the bounteous rain  available to all living creatures as water.  The well makes no distinction among the thirsty that come to  drink this life giving fluid. This stands in sharp contrast to the previous symbol where greed motivates men to drill for oil. While there man proves his proud mastery over nature, conflicts and disruptive processes are also inevitably unleashed.
