Kerry seeks budget to counteract RT

Citing RT’s influence, Secretary of State John Kerry asked US lawmakers for more money for propaganda and “democracy promotion” programs around the world. “Russia Today (sic) can be heard in English, do we have an equivalent that can be heard in Russian? It’s a pretty expensive proposition. They are spending huge amounts of money,” Kerry told the House Appropriations Subcommittee, apparently forgetting that Voice of America had been broadcasting in Russian since 1947. This news is best understood if we start with the current directions in the US Sibly [1]. The solar arc Sun [9pi] is square Uranus [9ge] in the seventh house which in mundane national charts deals with enemies. This is especially relevant in our context since Uranus is in Gemini – the sign associated with news or news channels so that the enemy so to speak is a foreign news channel!

A solar arc direction is like the “hour hand” of the clock. So what is activating this “hour hand”? 

Shown here is the chart for the Feb. 25 First Quarter Moon [7ge] with the Sun [7pi] and Neptune [7pi] placed significantly on the meridian at Washington, DC. This serves as the primary activation of the solar arc direction. Also notice that the Sun and Neptune on the MC of the First Quarter Moon chart  receive a trine aspect from the TNPs Kronos-Hades.

Kronos-Hades-Neptune: authorities (Kronos)  have indulged in “dirty business” (Hades)  and are now trying to hide, cover or misrepresent (Neptune) facts.

But with evasive and deceitful Neptune in Pisces facing a square from truth seeking Saturn in Sagittarius, can Kerry’s propaganda machine get away with lies?
