Lunar Eclipse and the Kolkata fire

KOLKATA:  A huge fire has broken out in a building in Kolkata which houses many government departments, including the offices of some ministers. Rescue officials are not commenting on whether anyone is trapped inside the building. The fire began at about 10.20 am on the seventh floor of the New Secretariat building. 20 fire engines are fighting the flames. Smoke is spewing out of many windows. The building is about 30 years old. It was built as an extension of the original state Secretariat, Writers' Building.  April 10 http://bit.ly/1Jv1A2j

This news should serve as a good example of how an eclipse powerfully placed on the angles can create accidents like the one reported. Shown here is the lunar eclipse of April 4 drawn for Kolkata, India. Notice that the eclipse axis along with the Zeus-Uranus-Pluto straddles the horizon.

Zeus-Uranus-Pluto : a sudden devastating fire

Progressing the eclipse chart to April 10, aligns the Ascendant exactly with the TNP Zeus [1] linked to fires.  Among other things, Pluto in Capricorn here refers to large institutions like governments (Capricorn) that exercise power and control (Pluto).

Capricorn is an Earth sign that rules structure and tradition. Banks, corporations, government, architecture and tradition all fall under Capricorn’s reign. -  http://astrostyle.com/learn-astrology/pluto-in-capricorn/#sthash.a54Hl5j1.dpuf
