According to two University of Washington
scientific research papers that were
recently released, (April 9) a 1,000 mile stretch of the Pacific Ocean has
warmed up by several degrees, and nobody seems to know why this is
happening. This giant “blob” of warm
water was first observed in late 2013, and it is playing havoc with our
climate. And since this giant “blob”
first showed up, fish and other sea creatures have been dying in absolutely
massive numbers. So could there be a
connection? And what is going to happen
if the Pacific Ocean continues to warm up?
Could we potentially be facing the greatest holocaust of sea life in the
Pacific that anyone has ever observed?
If so, what would that mean for the food chain and for our food supply? April 14; http://bit.ly/1FNJfzf
In a previous
post [1], I mentioned how the current Solar Eclipse conjunct the star Scheat in
watery Pisces – the sign that rules the oceans in drawing our attention to
water as the basis and very foundation of life.
Scheat reveals the essence of early sidereal Pisces and the very
foundation of life—water. Scheat is of the waters of life, the living springs
of the Earth [2]. It draws attention to the quality of water and whether it is
supportive of life.
Notice that the eclipse is prominent for San Francisco since it not only
aspects the horizon axis but places the Uranus-Pluto square on the meridian
axis. What is not visible in the chart
is the placement of Haumea [22li] on the
MC [21li].
Haumea is a recently discovered dwarf planet named after a Polynesian
goddess. It helps to consider the nature of Haumea in the context of the
ancient Polynesian view of life; thus it is worth mentioning the Hawaiian
"Kumulipo" to help gain context for the unadulterated essence of
Haumea and her lineage of souls. The Kumulipo is an epic poem about creation
and the evolution of life on Earth, over two thousand lines long, at one time
recited from memory by Kahuna (high priests) during ceremony. In the Kumulipo,
humans are acknowledged to be integral with the Earth, the land, and all living
creatures—one wholistic system—providing a biologically-ecologically wholistic
view of life, and thus teaching the sacredness of life, of being wholistically
attuned to our embracing sojourn on Earth as evolving souls [3].
Solar eclipses offer opportunity to redefine the roles we play in the
world, or how we articulate ourselves in life. They are about shifting octaves
in the nature of our self-perception and self-expression, and addressing issues
that keep us from doing so. They can invite a new beginning, way of life, or
new way of participating in life [2].
This solar eclipse is asking us to express a new level of awareness
about what is truly life supportive.
When an
important message has to be delivered to earthlings, the cosmos usually
conspires to send the same message encoded in more than one cosmic phenomena. Shown here is the chart for the Lunar Eclipse
of April 15, 2014 in which progressed angles are reaching their radix position now
- that is on the first anniversary of the eclipse. On the MC of the eclipse chart
at Seattle, Washington is the dwarf planet Haumea which as Nick Fiorenza’s
commentary above indicates is about the need to protect all life on earth.
