John Kerry admitted the EU and the US have
disagreements by issuing a warning and letting them know that if Europe doesn’t
keep the sanctions against Russia “there is going to be something to pay,”
Daniel McAdams of the Ron Paul Peace Institute told RT. The US Secretary of
State John Kerry has said there are differences between the EU and the US in
their approaches towards Russia. He said it after meeting the EU’s foreign
policy chief Federica Mogherini in Washington. April 5 http://russia-insider.com/en/politics/kerry-issuing-warning-eu-russia-sanctions/6435
The
following extract from a previous post [1] describes the current dynamics in
the US-EU relationship.
Like
relationship between individuals, relationships between countries can be
understood through the Davison Relationship Chart (DRC). The horoscopes for the
US and the European Union are well established. The US Sibly (July 4, 1776;
5:10 LMT; Philadelphia) is well recognized as the US chart while the EU was
formed Jan.1; 1958; 0:00 hrs CET, Brussels so that this data serves as the
chart for the EU. The composite Davison Relationship Chart is shown here.
The first
thing that strikes us is the conjunction of the radix Sun [13ar] and Neptune
[12ar] which the current Uranus – Pluto activates.
Keyphrases for Uranus-Pluto, Uranus-Neptune and Pluto-Neptune provided
by Martha Wescott are as under:
Uranus-Pluto: to see
disruptive behaviour based on emergent (formerly repressed) psychological content;
to see that individuals can disconnect or distance themselves from others as a
form of control (of events/ others) or out of fear of being powerless of and
giving others “an edge” over them.
Uranus-Neptune: Unexpected
events in friendship; sudden circumstances that disappoint, undermine or create
instability; to be disappointed or deceived with regard to changes; to have
upsets in connection with trust issues; to seek freedom from dependency or
closeness.
Pluto-Neptune: to see people
gain power by capitalising on the vulnerability, passivity or weakness of
others; to see folks yield control – out of weakness, idealism, fear of
loneliness or failure to accept the truth and use discrimination in matters of
trust.
When
dealing with such powerful transits it
is always wise to look at both the star backdrop as well the asteroids that
aspect the combination. The star back drop to the radix Sun-Neptune is
primarily composed of Alderamin, alpha Cepheus – the primary star of the
autocratic King Cepheus and Alpheratz, alpha Andromeda – the brightest star of
Andromeda – the Princess in chains. This combination indicates, among other
things, abusive situations where people in power misuse their position to keep
others in slavery and bondage. Does this picture ring a bell in our context? The
EU’s slavery to the US is so obvious that it does not need any commentary.
So what
has changed in the last few days? Well for one thing, the Sun [13ta] in the
current Full Moon of May 4 fell on the
radix Pluto [13ta] in the DRC. Pluto is conjunct the asteroid Siva [14ta] and
square the asteroid Diana [13le] on the radix MC. The key phrases for the
elements as provided by Martha Wescott are as below [2]:
DIANA:
Belief in hunter-prey dynamics; feeling “chased;” elusive, hard-to-find or
difficult-to-pin-down behaviors and reactions.
PLUTO:
dealing with obsessive control issues.
SIVA:
also SIWA: Episodic, catabolic (breakdown/through) process that precedes
insight; destruction of density/fixated beliefs (relative to aspects); crisis
of death (stagnation) or
regeneration.
Putting
the elements together we can construct key sentences that reflect the ongoing
drama perfectly:
Diana-Pluto : One tries to
run away to avoid being dominated or controlled by another.
Pluto-Siva: To have one’s
need for power and control be “wiped out” through extreme circumstances; to
have life demand a release from unhealthy emotional involvements.
Finally,
we look at the chart for the Full Moon drawn for the midpoint between Brussels
and Washington. Notice that Full Moon is very significantly placed square the
horizon axis. It also places a Mercury-Saturn opposition on the meridian. Ebertin’s
key words for Mercury-Saturn are: estrangement and separations. Is this what we
can expect in the US-EU relationship?
