A man has been decapitated and several others
injured at a factory in France in what President Francois Hollande has called a
terrorist attack. Two men drove into the Air Products gas factory factory near
Lyon, officials said, before several explosions were heard. One of the
suspects, a 30-year-old who was known to police, has been arrested. The dead
man was found with Arabic inscriptions on him and an Islamist flag was found

The
ingress of the Sun into the four cardinal signs Aries, Cancer, Libra and

Quite
often it is worthwhile to also look at a well timed national chart to explain
events. France has many birth charts, each reflecting the dynamic political and

This square impels individuals to initiate action (Aries) to create radical change (Uranus) in the existing paradigm held in place by corrupt
and decaying institutions (Pluto in Capricorn).
