Greek Debt Crisis Nears Decision Time

As tonight’s deadline approaches for Greece to pay €1.6bn to the IMF and agree a deal before its bailout extension runs out, there are hopes that the country and its creditors can still come to some sort of deal. Finance minister Yanis Varoufakis has said plainly that Greece will not pay the IMF - an event which ratings agencies would not consider as a default - but is still hopeful of an agreement. And there are reports that Greek prime minister Alexis Tsipras may be ready to agree a deal, and could even travel to Brussels tonight. Tsipras has also reportedly had telephone contact today with EU president Jean-Claude Juncker, the head of the European Central Bank, Mario Draghi and European parliament president Martin Schultz.
Euro finance ministers conference call tonight: Newsflash: eurozone finance ministers are going to speak in three and a half hours to discuss Greece’s request for a third bailout. They are due to speak at 6pm BST, or 8pm Athens time. June 30

Of all cardinal ingress charts, the Capricorn Ingress of the Sun is regarded as the master chart of the year. Progressing this chart on a daily basis can give us insight into events. Shown here is the sidereal Capricorn Ingress chart progressed to midnight of June 30.  Notice that the highly disruptive Uranus-Pluto linked Grand Cross is on the angles.  Among events connected to the stars of Corvus and the Dragon  on the Ascendant , Diana Rosenberg lists “financial collapses”  writing:

“Dragons hoard riches and greedy Crows make off with gleaming treasures: Uranus was here at the peak and beginning of the collapse  of Holland’s  “Tulip mania” of 1634 (outrageously high prices were paid for bulbs with disastrous consequences;  and one cycle of Uranus later at a 1720 Solar Eclipse, one month before the collapse of the “South Sea Bubble” speculation mania that caused financial disaster and a multitude of suicides”.

The second chart we will consider here is the Wynn Key Return for the Euro (1 Jan 1999, 0:00 hr; Frankfurt).  This has Mars [4cn17] on the MC forming a T-square with the Nodal axis on the horizon.  Opposite Mars on the IC is the TNP Cupido. Key phrases are as follows:

Mars square Node: Quarrels and disputes within communities, organizations or associations, an interruption of associations [1].
Mars-Cupido: to be assertive, take the initiative, be independent  and advance one’s own best interests in a group or family situation [2].

The Sabian symbol for Mars seems to say it all.

Phase 95: AT A RAILROAD CROSSING, AN AUTOMOBILE IS WRECKED BY A TRAIN
Key: The tragic results which are likely to occur when the individual’s will pits itself carelessly against the power of the collective will of society.

So what does it look like?   It is true that nothing …just nothing in any event chart can ever be used to predict the outcome of any planetary combination. And this is because we have a free will and can therefore decide not to go along with what might appear to be the right choice to make in a given situation. But despite the latest newsflash about eurozone finance ministers meeting to discuss Greece’s request for a third bailout, it looks  more and more like a  no agreement to me…but then I could be completely wrong!
