Bangladesh and India are to sign a historic
agreement to simplify their border by exchanging more than 150 enclaves of
land. India's Prime Minister Narendra Modi will ratify the deal with his
counterpart Sheikh Hasina in Dhaka. Thousands of Bangladeshis inhabit more than
50 enclaves in India, while Indians live in around 100 areas within Bangladesh.
The countries will now swap territories and residents can choose where to live.
Bangladesh Foreign Minister Abul Hassan Mahmood Ali described the agreement as
"a historic milestone in the relationship between the two neighbouring
countries". Foreign Ministry officials in India have described Prime
Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Bangladesh as one of his most significant
since taking office a year ago. That's because of the historic Land Border
Agreement that is to be signed between the two countries. June 6 http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-33033342
The news
comes to us at the Disseminating Moon phase of June 6. A chart for this phase
at Dhaka is shown here. Notice a loose T-square comprising
Mercury-Saturn-Neptune is significantly placed on the angles. The MC is
conjunct two small stars at the ecliptic
between the Hyades and the Pleaides which were Tíen-Kiai, the Celestial
Road which presided over the passes and frontiers of the empire which
separated China from the barbarians. Kappa [8ge25] stood for China and nu
[8ge43] represented foreign territories [1].
Neptune is a
planet that is associated with a desire for escape beyond the ego into a state
of transcendental togetherness in which we all merge together while Saturn is
the planet of boundaries so that Saturn squaring Neptune can force the
realistic acceptance of boundaries as it has done in the news mentioned above.
With the MC conjunct the Chinese asterism that defined what separated the
empire from foreign territories it is no surprise that the agreement between
India and Bangladesh has been reached.
