NEW DELHI:
Government has said it was not right to believe an international report
which claimed that air pollution kills 80 people in Delhi everyday and added
that it will come out with a detailed correction of the answer on Monday. In a
written reply in Rajya Sabha, Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar had
yesterday (July 24) said that an international study released recently has
claimed that foul air is killing up to 80 people a day in Delhi and the numbers
of premature deaths given in the study are based on the constructive estimates
and extrapolations of data. July 25 http://www.ndtv.com/india-news/government-to-clarify-on-international-report-on-air-pollution-1200365
The news
comes to us on the First Quarter Moon of July 24. A chart for the Moon phase at
Delhi is shown here. The Sun [1le] is conjunct the Rotten Egg Nebula (Calabash Nebula) [1le] [1].
Dim stars of Hydra’s poisonous breath are here so that Diana Rosenberg lists
“air contamination and bad odors” among events in this area.
The
primary stars on the Ascendant are Denebola, Beta Leo and Alpha Antilia, of the air pump. Nick Fiorenza [2] explains that this is a place of foul intestinal gases emanating from the hind
of the Lion – a great symbol for industrial effluent gases. And sure enough Diana
Rosenberg’s list for these stars includes “lung ailments”.
On the IC
is zeta Arae [20sa] in the Altar’s fire
and smoke [3]. Ara represents the heavenly Altar created by the gods of Mount
Olympus to celebrate the defeat of the titans where the gods swore their
allegiance to the supreme god Zeus (Jupiter). The smoke from the altar was said
to pour out to create the Milky Way. Among events connected with this area,
Diana Rosenberg includes “lung ailments”.
Confirming
this, the placement of Neptune in the mundane 6th house connected with public
health issues, once again links to air
contamination. But Neptune [9pi] is among stars in the ever cleansing Waters of
Aquarius and those of his predecessor Gula, the ancient goddess of medicine and
healing so that while there are public
health threats there are also responses to them.
