Mars and Venus Caught in
Vulcan's Invisible Net
The U.S. has told Iraq's leaders they must choose
between ongoing American support in the battle against militants of the Islamic
State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and asking the Russians to intervene instead. Marine
Gen. Joseph Dunford, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said Tuesday that
the Iraqis had promised they would not request any Russian airstrikes or
support for the fight against ISIS. Oct.21
The Iraqi government authorized Russia to target
Daesh convoys coming from Syria, a senior Iraqi official said. The
authorization for Russia to target Daesh inside Iraq comes amid security
coordination between Iraq, Russia, Iran and Syria. Hakem al-Zamli, chief of the
Iraqi parliament’s security and defense committee, told Anadolu Agency on
Friday that the measure contributed to weakening Daesh by cutting off its
supply routes. Oct.23
The news
above indicate that the Baghdad government is under pressure resulting from the
rivalries between the US and Russia over increasing their regional presence.
However, Iraq now appears to have made up its mind about
replacing Washington with Moscow for joint war on terrorist groups.
To
understand why this has occurred today let us go back to the solar eclipse of
Sept. 13. But first an extract from Nick Fiorenza from his post of Sept. 13
entitled “Winds of Change & New Beginnings - An Eclipse Lunar Cycle”.
Generally, eclipse lunar cycles mark a time
of shifting into a new octave of experience. They offer a time to resynchronize
our selves with the ever-changing cosmic currents supporting our evolutionary
progression in consciousness. Eclipses tend to bring about endings and new
beginnings. How dramatic these changes can be and in what areas of our lives is
a function of star alignments and other aspecting planets occurring at the time
of the eclipse, and where they occur in our natal chart.
Solar eclipses offer opportunity to redefine
concepts of self and the roles we play in the world, or how we articulate
ourselves in life. They are about shifting octaves in the nature of our
self-perception and self-expression, and addressing issues that keep us from
doing so. They can invite a new beginning, way of life, or new way of participating
in life.
Notice
that the eclipse was placed in the 11th house (allies and friends) at Baghdad in aspect Uranus and the TNP Cupido [1]. Opposite
Cupido is the asteroid Hephaistos [1].
CUPIDO:
Issues in the family history; group unity or dynamics; partner or family
members.
HEPHAISTOS:
Tendency for an unlikely match in relationship ; infidelity. In mythology, Hephaistos (Vulcan), the smith
and craftsman of the gods, was married to Venus, the goddess of love and beauty. It was
not a good marriage because Aphrodite was
as an unfaithful wife [2].
Cupido-Uranus-
Hephaistos: Partners have different
ideas of commitment or fidelity. Ruptures with partners because of a need for
independence.
If we now
progress the eclipse chart to Oct.23, the date of the news, notice that the
progressed Ascendant conjoins the TNP Cupido triggering the entire combination.
