Pakistan Lahore factory collapse

A major rescue operation is under way to save dozens of people thought to be trapped under rubble after a factory collapsed in Lahore, Pakistan. At least 20 people died when the plastic bag factory, which was under construction, collapsed on Wednesday. Officials say the priority is to get to parts of the debris where voices and cries for help can still be heard. The cause of the collapse is still unknown. Building safety levels are often below standard in Pakistan. There are reports that the earthquake which hit Pakistan two weeks ago, or faulty construction work, may have contributed to the collapse.  Oct.5; http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-34729589

In mundane astrology, the cardinal ingresses of the Sun are considered to be  important events. Of these the Capricorn ingress is perhaps the most important and is often referred to as the “annual chart”. Shown here is the current Capricorn Ingress at Lahore, Pakistan.  Notice that a Saturn-Jupiter-Neptune T-square  occupies the angles.  In his book “The Combination of Stellar Influences”, Reinhold Ebertin provides the following keyphrase for this combination:

Also notice that the Uranus-Pluto square linked to accidents and collapses forms a hard aspect to the meridian.  If we now progress the  Capricorn ingress chart to November 4, the date of the accident, notice that the progressed angles trigger the Uranus-Pluto square leading to the collapse of the building.Finally we notice that Uranus [12ar] is conjunct the asteroid Industria [15ar] which is linked to workplaces and by extension to a factory where the collapse occurred.
