Hydra - The Water Snake
In
2013 and 2014, the City of Sacramento tested a new chemical at its main water
treatment plant, and an ABC10 investigation found the substances that formed in
the city's drinking water system as a result, could cause cancer. Testing of
the chemical called aluminum chlorohydrate, or ACH, almost immediately sent up
warning signs that something was seriously wrong, and even though those red
flags continued for an entire year, the city didn't stop and didn't warn people

The news
comes at the Last Quarter Moon of Nov. 3. A chart drawn for the Moon phase has

poison, and since it is specifically a water-snake, it relates to contaminated
water.
Notice that a
T-square containing Uranus-Pluto and the
TNPs Kronos-Hades occupies the angles. At Sacramento, the stars conjunct the MC
and the TNPs Kronos-Hades were part of the ancient Chinese asterism Tsing, The Well. This asterism reminded
the Chinese to keep wells, ponds or reservoirs clean to ensure safe drinking
water.
