Noah and rainbow
The Russians are working hard to consolidate their
diplomatic gains following the US Russian Joint Statement on Syria. To get a
sense of the furious pace of their diplomacy, consider that Putin spoke to
Obama on the telephone on 22nd February 2016 and - according to his website -
to Qatari Emir Tamim Al Thani on the same day, whilst today (24th February
2016) he has spoken on the telephone in rapid succession to Syrian President
Assad, Saudi King Salman (who is due to visit Moscow in a few weeks), Iranian

February 2016 when Putin spoke to Obama about the peace plan in Syria, the Sun was forming a sharp semi-square
aspect to Uranus. A chart for the
mundane event at Damascus is shown here. Notice that a Grand Cross straddles the meridian.
The elements of the Grand Cross and the interaction between them are very
revealing.
Mars

ever cleansing Waters of Aquarius, combine with his predecessor Gula, a goddess
of medicine, heal and renew bodies, minds and souls troubled by conflict. As
with the Russian peace plan, actions that promote peace are one of the
outcomes.
The TNP
Admetus [29ta] on the IC is conjunct the Pleaides cluster and stars of
Eridanus. The Pleaides are linked to “sorrow and weeping” while Eridanus, the
Great River, washes away the tears of the past, clearing the way for a bright
new future.
The Sabian
symbol of the Moon [26le] is very apt in
the present context.
Phase 146: After a heavy storm, as light breaks through the clouds, a
perfect rainbow forms.
In the
Bible, the rainbow is a sign of the Covenant established by God with Noah
guaranteeing that no longer shall the destructive power of the Spirit be used
to destroy life on earth.
