Two Michigan state employees tasked with ensuring
the safety of the public water supply were charged with multiple felonies on
Wednesday in connection with Flint’s lead water crisis—charges that experts say
may be unprecedented for a water contamination case. The charges against two
Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) employees, which include
misconduct in office and tampering with evidence, follow the disclosure late
last year that officials at the state agency falsified reports about Flint’s
water to make the lead levels appear lower than they actually were. http://time.com/4301418/flint-water-criminal-charges/?xid=homepage
The Capricorn
Ingress chart is considered by many astrologers to be an annual chart for a place. Shown here is the sidereal
Capricorn Ingress at Flint, Michigan. Notice the prominent placement of the slightly skewed Grand Cross on the
angles. The elements of the Cross are interpreted by Martha Wescott as below.
Hades-Kronos: to
see that that government or authorities indulge in “dirty business” or cause
difficulty for others; to recognize humiliation or loss of position for those
in authority.
Hades-Pluto: to
hear of bribes or coercions to do mean things.
Pluto-Kronos: to see abuses of power through misuse of
office.
Uranus-Pluto :
Breakdown of an existing order that may hopefully lead to a breakthrough.
Progressing
the Ingress chart to April 20, the date of the news, brings the angles once
again to an alignment with elements of the Cross thereby triggering the event
in the news.
And now the
most interesting part. The stars conjunct the IC and the TNPs Kronos-Hades were
part of the ancient Chinese asterism Tsing, The Well [1]. This asterism
reminded the Chinese to keep wells, ponds or
reservoirs clean to ensure safe drinking water. How appropriate!!
