The cardinal ingresses of the Sun have a traditional reputation as  important  mundane events. Of these the Capricorn Ingress has a special place and is considered by many to be the  annual chart. Shown here is the Capricorn Ingress chart for Gaya, India. Notice that a T-square involving Uranus-Pluto-Zeus-Mars makes hard aspects to the horizon axis. Uranus-Pluto has been linked to a sudden release of elemental forces. With Uranus, Mars and TNP Zeus involved, the T-square contains within it a powerful potential for discharging an electrical bolt.  Here Pluto is conjunct the asteroid Orpheus (death) so that the activation of the T-square can become the cause of lightning related death.

If we progress the Capricorn Ingress chart to June 21, the progressed angles trigger the T-square.
