Chinese man trapped in India goes home

A Chinese man who was trapped in India for more than 50 years has finally been reunited with his family.
The BBC had reported how Wang Qi, an army surveyor who says he accidentally crossed into India in 1963, had not been given the necessary documents to leave the country. Following the report, he was visited by Chinese diplomats, who told him efforts were being made to take him back. Mr Wang was met by family members when his flight landed in Beijing. He will now fly on to his home city of Xianyang. He flew out from Delhi on Friday night accompanied by his son. Feb 11  http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-india-38928217

Among the cardinal ingresses of the Sun, the Capricorn Ingress is considered by astrologers to be the most important. It is so significant that its progressions on a daily basis can help identify the issues surrounding major events.

Shown here is the Capricorn Ingress chart at Delhi progressed to Feb. 10, Friday when Wang Qi boarded his flight to freedom. Notice that the Jupiter-Uranus opposition aligns with the meridian axis on that day. Some keyphrases for Jupiter-Uranus are as below:

Jupiter - Uranus – a lucky break, new opportunity, to experience a release from tension and to feel optimistic or fortunate due to a change or sudden event.

Uranus [20ar] is conjunct stars in the constellation of  the chained woman Andromeda while  Pluto (in Capricorn) square to Jupiter-Uranus is referring here to the governmental rules and regulations that were holding him back.
