Rex Tillerson meets Russian counterpart at G20 summit

The new US secretary of state, Rex Tillerson, will meet his Russian counterpart on the margins of a G20 foreign ministers summit in Bonn on Thursday for the most senior Washington-Moscow talks since the inauguration of Donald Trump. To understand this news we will go back to the solar eclipse of March 9, 2016. At Bonn the eclipse along with its T-square straddles the horizon axis  which makes it significant for the place. Moreover it is placed in the third house which deals with all matters of communication which would include a meeting to discuss ideas. The following extract from Nick Fiorenza explains the energy driving this eclipse:

In other words, we have grown as far as the limits imposed by those constructs have permitted. It is now time to either begin to change those constructs so they can allow a greater level of growth, expansion and fulfillment, or to dismantle those constructs all together.

If we now progress the eclipse chart to Feb. 16, the date of the meeting between Lavrov and Tillerson we notice that the progressed Ascendant reaches a conjunction to the eclipse triggering its potential. The extract above makes it clear that the solar eclipse is offering an opportunity for renewal or healing of the relationship between Russia and US which has  worsened in the last several years.
