Paraguay congress set on fire

Demonstrators in Paraguay have set fire to the country's parliament during violent protests against a bill that would lift presidential term limits. One activist was killed by a blow to the head which the opposition blamed on a rubber bullet fired by police. Under the 1992 constitution, introduced after the dictatorship, a head of state may only serve a single five-year term. But sitting President Horacio Cartes is trying to remove the restriction and run for re-election. The cardinal ingresses of the Sun are among the more important events in mundane astrology. Of these the Capricorn ingress is considered of paramount importance so that the chart and its progressions are studied to understand national events like this one here.

The current Capricorn ingress chart at Asuncion, Paraguay has the Pluto-Uranus-TNP Zeus T-square significantly placed on the angles. The Uranus in Aries first-quarter square to Pluto in Capricorn indicates a breakdown in our largest institutions (Capricorn) because of  an  overplaying of their power in ways that are clearly self-serving rather than for the greater good (Pluto), which is then furthered by an unexpected rebellion (Uranus) against institutional malfeasance, a seemingly spontaneous insurrection that occurs from the ground level up, fomented by individuals (Aries) who stand up in protest against the oppressive influence of such institutions. Martha Wescott  [1] provides the following delineation:

Pluto-Zeus: events associated with fire; to recognize psychological triggers – the way that  people and events can set off strong defenses, control needs, buried emotions and archetypes.

If we now progress the ingress chart to April 1, the date of the incident, we find that the progressed angles once again trigger the explosive T-square.
