Brazil President implicated in bribery

Angry crowds and outraged members of Brazil’s congress have demanded the impeachment of President Michel Temer following reports he was secretly recorded discussing hush money pay-offs to a jailed associate. The tapes were presented to prosecutors as part of a plea bargain by Joesley and Wesley Batista, brothers who run the country’s biggest meat-packing firm JBS, according to O Globo newspaper. They are said to contain conversations that incriminate several leading politicians, including the former presidential candidate Aecio Neves and the former finance minister Guido Mantega.  May 18

The news from Brazil comes at the Last Quarter Moon.  Here the Sun and Moon form a T-square with the Nodes, a phenomenon known as “Moon Wobble” [1][2][3].

Moon Wobbles were discovered in the 1930's, when research by astrologer Carl Payne Tobey (1902-1980), the original editor of Astrology Magazine, revealed that disasters occur in cycles associated with the conjunction (0°), opposition (180°) and square (90°) from the Sun to the Moon's Node. These powerful contacts occur when the Sun and the Node are in the same sign, or the opposing sign, or when the Sun is in a square aspect to the nodal axis.

During Moon Wobble the instability factor is high, resulting in more accidents, fires, plane crashes, freak accidents, floods, feats of nature, bizarre weather patterns, earthquakes, tornadoes, violence, Terrorism, riots, and political and personal upheavals. These Cycles bring suppressed energies in people and Mother Nature to the surface, erupting and disrupting. Remember, if you are not working through your subconscious issues you are more likely to fall prey to your emotions.

In addition and more specifically for the place we have Pluto conjunct the Ascendant forms a T with the Venus-Jupiter opposition which bisects the Sun-Moon square. Pluto in Capricorn is linked to decaying institutions and rampant corruption, more particularly because Pluto is square Venus, the planet of money.
