Pluto in Capricorn: Bursting water pipes at JFK airport

With airports across the northeast still catching up after more than 4,000 flights were canceled earlier this week during Winter Storm Grayson - more popularly known as the #bombcyclone - a water-main break in JFK International Airport has left Terminal 4 completely flooded, forcing a shutdown of international flights.  Jan. 7

In a 2013 essay   entitled Pluto in Capricorn and our decaying infrastructure, Lynn Hayes wrote [1] :

On Jan.8 just a day before the incident, the last quarter Moon (in 4th house)  has the Sun activating Pluto in Capricorn on the descendant at NY. The Moon also completes a T-square with Uranus-Pluto – a combination that Ebertin links with collapses of systems that have outlived their usefulness. At her website Skyscript, Deborah, defines the scope of the 4th house in mundane astrology to include water pipes!
