Tense
last-minute rescue negotiations failed to yield a result over the weekend, and
on Monday morning a major British construction company announced it was going
into liquidation after it was unsuccessful in securing a financial lifeline.
Carillion, which employs 43,000 people around the world, said in a statement
Monday that rescue talks with stakeholders including the British government had
collapsed, sending the company into compulsory liquidation. Commenting on the
collapse, Carillion Chairman Philip Green said in a statement that "This
is a very sad day for Carillion…Over recent months huge efforts have been made
to restructure Carillion to deliver its sustainable future." Jan.15 https://www.zerohedge.com/news/2018-01-15/uk-construction-giant-43000-employees-collapses
A chart for the UK with only elements relevant to our
discussion is shown here. Pluto is currently transiting opposite the Moon
[19cn] and nearing a conjunction to radix Admetus [23cp] while transit Uranus
conjoins radix TNP Zeus [23ar] and squares Admetus. Pluto-Uranus acting on Admetus
refers to a sudden collapse. Martha Wescott provides the following delineation:
Admetus-Pluto: to see
that things reach critical mass – in other words, although one has been able to
stand up under increasing pressure, the burden finally becomes too great and
there must be some relief/release.
Admetus rules raw materials like stone and lumber so that by
association it can refer to construction companies and placed in Capricorn it
hints at construction companies dealing with infrastructure projects.
On January 14, just a day before the news, transit Sun [24
cp] perfected a square to transit Uranus
[24 ar]. Since the Sun had reached a
conjunction to Admetus, it provided the
trigger for the activation of the configuration leading to the collapse.
