UK Foreign Office caught lying

It appears that either the British government can't keep its lies and proof-less accusations straight or something far more nefarious is at play. Following headlines (below) that British government scientists admitted they couldn’t tell where the poison - identified by the UK as A-234, also known as Novichok, used in the Salisbury poisoning of the Skripals - came from, undermining a number of claims to come out of Westminster, The UK Foreign Office denies claiming the nerve agent used in the Salisbury poisoning of the Skripals came directly from Russia, despite admitting it sent a tweet saying exactly that, and Boris Johnson making the same claim. So what caused this flip-flop – astrologically speaking? The chart for the Waning Gibbous Moon (also called the Disseminating Moon) of April 4 at London is shown here. Notice that it brings the Mercury-Mars-Saturn square to the meridian axis, thereby focusing its energy at London. Mercury-Mars is often associated with liars and with Saturn, the planet of karma or consequences, here in the mix, we have the possibility of being pulled up for the lies.

In addition, the luminaries of the Disseminating Moon are also anchored to the Mercury-Mars-Saturn square. The Moon [29sc24] is conjunct the alpha Chamaeleon. How appropriate! The word "chameleon" means "liar" in several languages!! [1]

PS: Boris Johnson’s (born 19 June 64: 14:00; NY) [2] lunar return chart at London carries the same Mercury-Mars-Saturn-Kronos-Hades T-square on the meridian. As we saw above this a combination that is not only connected with lies and liars but also indicates the possibility of being caught lying.
