India's
Supreme Court has asked the Indian government to explain the arrests of five
prominent activists in connection with caste violence that took place earlier
this year. The high-profile arrests triggered outrage and protests across India

The incident has occurred just a day after Mars completed its retrograde on August
27. This is a significant event in India’s solar return chart which has Mars on the descendant and part of a powerful Grand
Cross. The direct motion of Mars begins externalizing the new 780-day synodic cycle,
which was established on the total lunar eclipse of the previous lunar cycle.
The synod occurred conjunct Altair of
the Eagle – a constellation that among other things stands for dictators and
tyrants.
Mars is square Uranus placed amid stars of the chained woman
Andromeda and the butting Ram. Here the chained woman represents the enslaved
masses while the butting Ram symbolizes the action of the activists who hope to free Andromeda. Recall that in the story of the Royal Family
[1], King Cepheus, Andromeda’s father , turns his face away indicating a lack
of concern for his daughter’s plight. King Cepheus obviously stands for the leaders
in government who continue to ignore the plight of Dalits and other oppressed
