SINGAPORE
- Singapore and Malaysia can pursue win-win cooperation and focus on their
respective domestic priorities if bilateral relations are kept stable and
close, said Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong. The fundamentals of the
relationship between both countries have not changed, he said, even though
Malaysia has a new government in place led by its Prime Minister Mahathir
Mohamad. "We are closely bound by ties of kinship and history, geography
and economy," said Mr Lee on Sunday (Aug 19), as he addressed concerns
about the state of bilateral ties with Malaysia under Tun Dr Mahathir. Aug. 19 https://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/national-day-rally-2018-spore-and-malaysia-can-pursue-win-win-cooperation-if-relations-are
The solar eclipse of July 13 conjunct the stars of the Twins
is all about co-operation for the benefit of the partners (notice the Twins
hugging each other). At Singapore, the eclipse takes place in the 11th
house. The 11th house [1] in the mundane chart of a nation rules friends
and allies. Campion, Baigent and Harvey state: "we may also consider it
relates to a society's collective long-term hopes, wishes, ambitions and ideals."
And this is exactly what Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong of Singapore is
voicing. Singapore’s relation with Malaysia has been a bit troubled in the past
with territorial and water related disputes. He wants a better relationship with Malaysia. With
Pluto opposite the eclipse, the possibility of transforming the relation does
exist.
If we now progress the eclipse chart to Aug. 19, the date of
the news, notice that the progressed meridian conjoins the eclipse thereby
triggering it.
In addition, the announcement comes on the very day Mercury
stations direct just after First Quarter Moon, on the day to initiate action.
This is the time to begin to externalize any changes we may have made during
Mercury's retrograde, especially regarding how we think, plans made, or in the
logistical aspects of our lives. The direct station occurs exactly on the MC at
Singapore and begins the process of externalizing the meaning of the Mercury synod stars about
which Nick Fiorenza writes:
Dubhe is the
overseeing star in this area of the heavens. Dubhe impels us to pursue a
greater vision beyond the accepted political-religious-big-business dogmas of
the human world that keep humanity in darkness and delusion. Dubhe impels those
whose interest is the greater welfare and nourishment of the people to take a
stand against the totalitarian elite whose intent is in dominating, suppressing
and controlling humanity.
At a personal level,
Dubhe impels us to emerge from our own personal belief structures and limiting
life patterns that keep us bound in life scenarios that are less than those we
truly want. Dubhe inspires us to do all we can to achieve the greater vision
that we hold for our lives—for the true nourishment, fulfillment, and freedom
we seek. Dubhe supports us to strive for a new and better future rather than
merely staying reactive to the limitations we have already created and
reinforce with our existing beliefs.
