The need for solitude

"Great thinkers and leaders throughout history--from Virginia Woolf to Marcel Proust to Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak--have lauded the importance of having a metaphorical room of one's own," Kaufman and Gregoire write. "But today's culture overemphasizes the importance of constant social interaction, due in part to social media. We tend to view time spent alone as time wasted or as an indication of an antisocial or melancholy personality."

Instead, the authors say, the desire to be alone should be considered healthy. Below, read their suggestion for ensuring you're able to block off sufficient time by yourself, and more detail on what the benefits are.   https://www.inc.com/will-yakowicz/great-leaders-protect-alone-time.html

Currently transit Pluto is conjunct the star SS433 and the solar eclipse of July 12 fell opposite Pluto and SS433.

SS433 has been described as "the most bizarre object in the Galaxy,” and "a star that seems to be coming and going at the same time. According to astrophysics, an object that displays a red shift is receding while one that shows a blue shift is approaching us. Strangely SS433 displays both a red as well as blue shift.  Philip Sedgwick [1] interprets this as follows:

The blue shifted cycle comes at, and symbolically this is the period of advancement, approach, direct interaction, extroversion and involvement. Full attention to all matters of the real world, business agendas, social activities and other familial obligations best fit this cycle. Energy fromwithin supports one's efforts and spews forth from a seemingly inexhaustible inner river. But then it changes. After the blue shifted dominant cycle, follows the red shifted dominant cycle, completely reversing the preceding trend. The red shift symbolizes retreat, withdrawal, regrouping, setting boundaries, preservation of sacred space, rest, vacation and personal energy indulgences. Here the individual possesses no enthusiasm for the outer world, being with people, carrying out the schedule or even going to the store.

SS433 maintains strong relativistic properties, meaning that it warps gravity, space and time. Subsequently, others congregate in your aura, follow your wake and impinge upon your personal

and sacred spaces at all the worst times. Push back firmly to ensure others do not transfer culpability to you for the choices they make in life. Point out that your objective is only awareness, not a collection of people of similar thought, nor taking on cult-like appearances. Discourage blind followers if you have this contact. Inspire others to think for themselves, and to carve their own niche in thought, spirituality and way of life.

Quite similar to SS433,  Pluto  demands that  one maintain integrity in the face of fateful circumstances symbolically related to disintegration, death and renewal.  It requires that one descend into the deepest recesses of one’s soul, to stand alone and find integrity, value and security in that isolation.

Let us remember that when a planet conjoins a star that shares its nature, the resonance increases its power. Therefore, it is fine  if you feel the need to break away from friends and colleagues in the present. You are flowing with the cosmic energies!
