Mizar New Moon and the Boston fire

Residents in three communities north of Boston were asked to evacuate their homes following dozens of explosions and fires following problems with the natural gas system which the local authorities described as a "gas main meltdown." Emergency crews responded to at least 70 addresses for fires, explosions or the investigation of gas odor. Mundane astrologers use a number of different charts to get a deeper understanding of political and cultural trends, and predict probable events and actions. Event charts cast for the precise times of solar ingresses, lunations and eclipses are said to be some of the most basic tools an astrologer has for predictive astrology.

Lunation refers to either the New Moon (Sun-Moon conjunction) or the Full Moon (Sun-Moon opposition).  A  chart for a mundane event becomes very significant for a place when there are major planetary aspects to the angles.  The current New Moon chart at Boston, MA has the New Moon opposite Neptune forming  a Grand Cross with the horizon axis implying that this is one place where its influence would be strongly felt.

The New Moon [17vi] is conjunct the star Mizar [16vi]. Zeta (ΞΆ) Ursa Major, Mizar, is a double star, possibly binary, brilliant white and pale emerald on the Tail of the Great Bear which has been linked to catastrophic fires  as in the recent inferno at the Brazil National Museum [1].

Supposedly, Mizar portends a Mars nature. The reputation of Mizar, if it is in maximal position in a mundane map, is that of being connected with fires of a catastrophic extent and mass calamities. [Fixed Stars and Their Interpretation, Elsbeth Ebertin, 1928, p.55.]

The fiery New Moon is opposite Neptune – the planet traditionally associated with oil and gas [2] so that it is not surprising that the catastrophic fire (Mizar) started in the natural gas (Neptune) system.
