Italy stands up to the EU

Italy is defying the EU over public spending. But this time, the markets won’t come to Brussels’ aid. That’s going to be a big problem for the EU. Bond yields would soar. The banks would be in trouble. Businesses would be starved of cash, and money would start to flee the country. Pretty soon, the “doom loop” would kick in. With the financial system facing a meltdown, Italy’s “populist” government would back down on its extravagant election promises, tone down its rhetoric, and do what the EU tells it to. That, at least, was the script from Brussels when the Northern League and Five-Star Movement took power in Italy earlier this year. Nov. 18 https://moneyweek.com/497889/italy-stands-up-to-the-eu/

At the dark of the New Moon  a new message or theme  begins to germinate. Human beings are then invited to consciously participate in the unfoldment of that theme in the lunar phases that follow.  In his blogpost for the current month’s lunar theme entitled Karma & a New Birth in Consciousness, Nick Fiorenza [1] describes the Gibbous Moon phase thus :

The Gibbous Moon occurs on November 19. Conjoining stars include Alderamin and also the Garnet Star Erakis, Veritate of Andromeda, the Quasar 3C9 in Pegasus and Eta Cetus.
This Gibbous Moon brings emphasis to financial independence, to create greater independence in our lives, or to break away from limiting involvements that are no longer fulfilling. It stimulates a need to free our selves from any mental-emotional turmoil or entrapments that keep us from greater fulfillment in life. It can also bring inspiration to seek ways for greater financial freedom, or in contrast, to break free from involvements that may provide financial freedom but do not fulfill our heart's true passion. It also impels us to think freely and progressively rather than acquiescing to limiting or entrapping mentalities. On the global scene, it may bring attention to the administration, dispensation and use of financial resources.

Here is the chart for the Gibbous Moon phase at Rome, Italy.  Notice the alignment of the Grand Cross with the meridian. Uranus opposite Venus speaks of financial (Venus) freedom (Uranus). In addition Uranus is square the Nodes and  semi-square Neptune. Ebertin interprets this combination as :
The undermining of an association. The retirement of a partner from a joint enterprise.
