Mars-Neptune and the Kerch Strait standoff

The waters near the Crimean peninsula were the site of a tense standoff between Russian and Ukrainian ships that involved a chase, some gunfire, and fighter jets, followed by strong statements from Moscow and Kiev. At around 7am Moscow time (4am GMT) on Sunday, two artillery boats and a tugboat belonging to the Ukrainian Navy crossed the Russian maritime border in the Black Sea and headed to the Kerch Strait. The Russian officers repeatedly asked the Ukrainian vessels to leave Russia's territorial waters, but they ignored those requests. The ships also entered waters that had been temporarily closed to navigation. Nov. 26 https://www.rt.com/news/444857-russia-ukraine-kerch-strait-standoff/

Mars in the sky moves to form a conjunction aspect with Neptune on December 7, 2018.  However, even before the exact conjunction, the forming aspect can become significant in a chart for any other  planetary  event. Shown here is the chart for Mercury station direct on December 7 at Kirch Straits. Notice that the Mars-Neptune conjunction is placed on the descendant and  square the Sun on the IC.
(For readers unfamiliar with astrology, there are two significant axes - the horizon and the meridian.  Planets on these axes are the ones that influence events.)

Mars is the planet of strife, aggressive force,  anger, provocation, haste, revenge, hate, brutality, torture,  and accidents.  He rules conflict, war, bombs, missiles, the military, soldiers, guns, knives, etc.

Neptune is the planet that rules the seas and oceans. The afflicted  Mars-Neptune conjunction is, therefore, pointing to a conflict at sea.

Confirming this is the event chart. According to the report, the incident occurred on Sunday, Nov. 25 at 4 GMT.  Notice  the Sun-Mercury-Mars-Neptune square aligned very significantly with the meridian.
