Putin and Donald Trump will have a brief tete-a-tete conversation followed by
an hour-long extended meeting at the G20 summit in Argentina, Kremlin spokesman
Dmitry Peskov said. The meeting is scheduled for December 1, on the second and

In much the same way as mundane maps are drawn for the
capital of countries, they can also be drawn
for the midpoints between the capitals to better understand how the
energies operate between the two countries. Shown here is the map for the Last

The Last Quarter Moon occurs on November 30 UT . The Moon
conjoins Thuban of Draco, Alioth of Ursa Major.
In ancient mythology Draco, the dragon, symbolizes powerful
authoritarian figures bent on manipulating and dominating mankind. On the other
hand, the constellation of the Great Bear represents nurturing and caring
leadership. Nick Fiorenza describes the essential nature of the Last Quarter
Moon stars thus:
Thuban and Alioth are
the overseeing stars of this area of the heavens. Thuban of Draco, in the far
northern heavens, just north of Alioth of the Great Bear, was Earth's pole star
circa 2800 BCE, near the "tear of the Bear," a point in Earth's ~25,000-year
Precessional Cycle at which time a turning and fractioning occurred in the
hierarchical powers governing Earth. This dramatized the separation between
those striving for a greater evolutionary vision (Ursa Major stars) and those wanting to maintain totalitarian
control of the Earth Draco stars).
Alioth is of personal
will and the application of it. As one of the seven rays of the Great Bear and
of the world powers, Alioth teaches us to responsibly use personal will to
direct our courses in life and that our personal actions alter the evolutionary
currents that create our souls' evolutionary destiny. Alioth also teaches us
about the forceful use of will and ramifications of it. Alioth imparts
assertive leadership qualities. Its lessons are about the responsibility of
being in a leadership position, generally for those in a prominent position on
stage in the public eye.
Our Last Quarter
Moon's impetus to change brings emphasis to personal and global leadership,
creative energy, evolutionary currents, and our responsibility in defining and
setting the direction of our evolutionary course. It brings emphasis to our
responsibility to determine our destinies by the actions we take. Our

In our present context, the Deep state actors (or the War Party) are symbolized by the stars
of Draco while the anti-establishment
figures like Trump and Putin are represented by the stars of Ursa Major.
The Last Quarter Moon is clearly indicating what Trump and Putin are up
against. The Kerch Strait Ukrainian
provocation may well be aimed to sour the meeting between President Trump and
Putin that is planned for Dec.1 during
the G20 summit. The Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko's attempted to shore
up his approval rate for the upcoming election by provoking a military
incident. It was a gamble and it failed.
