Up to
300 people are missing after a dam collapsed at an iron ore mine in
south-eastern Brazil, officials say. The break caused a sea of muddy sludge
that buried the dam's cafeteria where hundreds of workers were eating lunch. Rescue
teams used earth-moving machinery at the site near the town of Brumadinho, in
Minas Gerais state. The dam near Feijão iron ore mine burst its barrier at around
13:00 local time (15:00 GMT) on Friday, flooding another dam down below. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-latin-america-47009118
The Ancients kept a watch on the monthly rhythm of lunation
cycle since they experienced a deep connection with nature and her cycles. But
today we are a culture of city dwellers and office workers. Most of us have
lost touch with the most fundamental cycles of nature. Few of us know the phase
of the moon from day-to-day and even fewer are aware that Moon phases can
activate significant terrestrial events. Astrologers routinely draw maps of the
phases of the Moon. They then look to see if important planetary configurations
align with the angles – horizon or meridian axes. Events symbolized by those
configurations are then expected to occur at
the place.
The dam collapse in Brazil has occurred just as the Moon
enters its Last Quarter phase. A chart for the phase at Brumadinho is shown here.
Notice that it aligns the Uranus-Nodal
axis T-square with the horizon axis.
The North Node on the Ascendant is conjunct the star chi
Geminorum [27cn]. In ancient China this was Tsi
Choui, The Accumulated Waters or the
Massed or Swollen Waters (a dam?) [1]. Astrologers held that if one moment it
looked bright and next it faded away there was danger of floods. And it is well
known that Uranus is associated with breakdowns and sudden disruptive events so
that in this case here we see its power operating in the breakdown of the dam
releasing the “swollen waters”.
If we now draw the horoscope for the event (Jan. 25; 15 : 00
GMT) we see Uranus on the Ascendant and the T-square aligned with the angles
confirming our hypothesis.
