In a late Friday
tweet, President Trump has teased what he calls a "major
announcement" about the Southern border and the government shutdown
tomorrow afternoon at 3pmET.
Astrologers routinely draw what is referred to as a “ solar
return chart” to foretell the trend of circumstances for a particular year.
This chart is essentially calculated for the exact moment that the Sun returns
to the position it occupied in the natal chart. As always planetary combinations
that aspect the meridian or horizon axes in the solar return chart are the ones

Notice that both these charts carry the
configuration “Saturn opposite the TNPs Kronos – Hades” in aspect to the angles
(horizon or meridian). Readers unfamiliar with the definition of the TNPs may
please look up Martha Wescott [1]. A simple interpretation for the combination
is:
Kronos-Hades-Saturn
Leaders and those in
government (Kronos) who have been behaving badly (Hades) are pulled up and held accountable (Saturn).
The next step is to find out when a configuration in a solar
return chart will manifest as an event
in the course of the year. The method employed by astrologers is to progress
the angles of the chart and then to check when they conjoin or aspect the
configuration. Events can be expected to occur approximately around the days
that the progressed angles trigger the
configuration.
