Despite
its location just outside of Thailand's
territorial waters, leaving it outside the reach of the country's laws

This news comes to us at the Full Moon of April 19 which
aligns very significantly with the horizon axis at Bangkok, Thailand implying
that its energy is felt with full force at that place. The Full Moon opposition
becomes a Grand Cross that includes the now waning Uranus-Pluto square.
The perpendicular alignment of Uranus and Pluto occurred
seven times over three years, from mid-2012 through mid-2015. The “effective
period” of this particular and very dramatic outer-planet transit extends far beyond the years 2012-2015, going as far back
as 2007, when the “Uranus-Pluto effect” began, and continuing as far forward as
2021. In other words, the active “war” within humanity indicated by the transit
covers more than a decade and will not wane until the 2020s settle in.
The waning square between Uranus and Pluto continues to
show itself in events when mundane charts bring it to the angles along with

In Capricorn, Pluto symbolizes the overwhelming power of

the status quo as something to be avoided or changed radically.
In general, whenever Uranus and Pluto align at the
quarters of their shared cycle, stability and control are challenged in society.
Uranus has just moved into Tauras, the sign linked to
ownership of property, while the Sun is in the last degree of Aries, the sign
which represents individuality and the urge for freedom. Put together, the issue of property has become a matter of
individual choice and freedom.
