Uranus in Taurus: Electricity and Cattle

A group of French cattle farmers is suing the state over the mysterious death of hundreds of cows, which they believe are the victims of harmful electromagnetic fields.  Local vets are at a loss to explain the deaths. Stéphane Le Béchec, 51, a Breton farmer in Allneuc, has lost 200 cows who died of unknown causes in the past three years and is closing his business. He has identified several potentially harmful sources, including a transformer, mobile transmission towers and wind farms whose electric currents he says blight his land. "I noted that the voltmetre reacted strongly when I stuck it in the ground or in water," he told Le Parisien.'  Apr.26 https://bit.ly/2DAQ5LW

Many  events can be explained by what astrologers call the station point. This  term refers to the period when a planet slows down and stands relatively still before changing directions, and either starts going backward ("retrograde") or forward ("direct").

Here is the chart for Pluto station retrograde on April 24 just two days before the news. As always planets that appear on the angles (horizon or meridian ) are the ones to focus on. Notice the TNP Apollon (science, business, growth and expansion) on the Ascendant opposite Sun and Uranus.  Uranus [2ta] is conjunct the medical asteroid Hygiea [3ta] which rules illness and health issues.

Uranus  visits each zodiac sign every 84 years, electrifying the airwaves for about eight years and disrupting the status quo. However, Uranus is in its “fall” in Taurus—a weakened position—since the energies are an awkward mismatch. Uranus focuses on the future while Taurus clings to the past.

On May 15, 2018, innovative Uranus, the planet of revolution, technology and rebellion, moved from firebrand Aries into conservative Taurus, entering the Bull’s pen for the first time since 1942.

Unconventional Uranus pushes for radical evolution and progress, while nostalgic Taurus roots in to time-tested traditions, resisting change at every turn. Taurus rules cattle, agricultural land and farming while among other things Uranus rules electricity. With the medical asteroid Hygiea conjoining Uranus, the planet of electricity, is it at all surprising that farmers are complaining about the adverse affect of electricity on cattle!
