Power
has been restored to much of Argentina and Uruguay after a massive electrical
failure left tens of millions of people in the dark. Argentine President
Mauricio Macri has promised a full investigation. Argentine media said the
power cut occurred shortly after 07:00 (10:00GMT) on Sunday, causing trains to
be halted and failures with traffic signalling. The blackout was prompted by a

We are now in the shadow of the two powerful eclipses of
July. As always the effect of an eclipse is felt most strongly in places where
the eclipse configuration straddles the horizon or meridian axis. At Buenos
Aires and Montevideo, the capitals of Argentina and Uruguay, the upcoming lunar
eclipse of July 16 straddles the meridian.
Eclipses are known to be activated
in advance when fast moving planets transit over the eclipse degree. Currently
Mercury and Mars are transiting over the North Node opposite Saturn-Pluto triggering
the eclipse Grand Cross.

between roughly June 12 – 21.
Mars and Mercury act
as triggers to the geometries formed by the slower moving planets. They create
a stimulus for progressive action to move from limiting and long-standing
behavioral patterns, mentalities, modalities of living, and structural systems
or conditions we have established in our lives. We will begin to feel the
effects of this exceptionally critical planetary configuration starting early
in this lunar cycle, perhaps as an increasing agitation or unrest. Its effects,
however, peak for more than a week surrounding the Full Moon of June 17 (from
the Gibbous to Disseminating Moons), which can intensify biological and

And as predicted we are seeing several geophysical (seismic)
resonances …(a) New Zealand Earth quake (b) Mexico volcano Popocatépetl
eruption (c) Japan earth quake. But these disturbances are not confined to the
earth crust. They can cause accidents as in (a) New Zealand two plane collision
(b) the electrical grid outage in Argentina and Uruguay.
A final question that remains is…why was it an electrical event
in Argentina and Uruguay. The chart for the lunar eclipse provides the answer.
