Overnight
mass protests popped up in the streets of Cairo involving hundreds, possibly
thousands, who took over a central square of the capital to demonstrate against

Eclipses tend to
bring about endings and new beginnings. Their influence generally extends about
six months, until the next eclipse occurs. The lunar eclipse of July 16 was
conjunct Saturn-Pluto-S.Node in
Capricorn and aligned very significantly with the meridian at Cairo. Since
the South Node symbolizes patterns of behavior that must be given up, its
conjunction with Saturn-Pluto in Capricorn is hinting at the need to give up
the negative Capricorn qualities of the need to control others.
For Capricorn to lose control is to enter into the realm
of chaos. It is a threatening prospect that Capricorn fears. When Capricorn is activated by transit, a new level of preservation is
ignited, which results in intensified action directed to re-secure control. Self-preserving,
fear-based, and resistant Capricorn is prone to the employment of lock-down
remedies that will recycle and prolong struggle. When that which Capricorn has
held in check, (i.e. that which it has regulated, contained, guarded,
inhibited, suppressed, or resisted) is released, it is done with great force.
Pluto’s transit through Capricorn compels us to learn a
new way of creating our everyday realities. That which can no longer support
the evolutionary requirements will be dismantled and discarded. Pluto’s transit
through Capricorn will serve to draw back the curtain until the flaws,
failings, and destructiveness of the system become so obvious, they can no
longer be ignored.
Pluto’s stripping away process is programmed to destroy
Capricorn’s false walls. The transit serves to expose the corrupt workings of
the system: the corrupt individuals, organizations, corporations, etc., who
have learned to use the system to their self-serving advantage.
In the eclipse chart, Saturn and Pluto are both
retrograde. Saturn went direct on Sep. 18 and Pluto follows on Oct.3. The energy that was working silently on the
inner plane is suddenly brought out into visible manifestation. This is the
reason behind the Arab Spring 2 taking place in Egypt.
Regular readers are aware that eclipse charts can be
progressed. On the days that an eclipse configuration
aligned with the meridian, progresses to an alignment with the horizon, it is
considered to be triggered and its energy will often manifest in an event.
Notice that progressing the eclipse chart to Sep. 21 does just that.
PS: The lunar eclipse chart for Tel Aviv is
essentially identical to that at Cairo. The end of the Netanyahu era is
therefore not surprising.
