Torrential
rain and tornado-like winds are lashing large parts of Japan, as the country
endures what could be its worst storm for 60 years. The eye of Typhoon Hagibis
made landfall shortly before 19:00 local time (10:00 GMT) in Izu Peninsula,
southwest of Tokyo. More than seven million people have been urged to leave

Charts for the phases of the Moon are among the most
reliable indicators of events on earth. This is especially so at places where they
occur on the horizon or meridian. For readers who are unfamiliar with
astrology, Moon phases act as local
“step down transformers” for powerful energies generated by far away planets or
planetary configurations that they aspect.
The chart for the upcoming Full Moon of Sep. 14 at Tokyo
shows that it is aligned with the horizon and square (90 degrees separation) to
Pluto on the lower meridian. Richard Tarnas links Pluto with “the unleashing of the elemental forces of
nature”. Moreover, in connection with the stars that conjoin Pluto [20cp],
Diana Rosenberg lists “high winds and storms” giving the following examples [1]:
These stars were
transited at a Jul, 1591 solar eclipse, the year 4 hurricanes in one month sank

hostilities and led to a joint protectorate (“the typhoon that stopped a war”);
in 1925 when “the most violent deadly tornado in American history” hit Annapolis, MO: almost 1 mile wide, it
