The
Corinth Canal built in 1893 connects the Gulf of Corinth with the Saronic Gulf
in the Aegean Sea. It runs through the narrow Isthmus of Corinth and divides
the Peloponnese from the Greek mainland, supposedly making the peninsula an
island. A giant cruise ship has become one of the largest ships to ever pass
through the Corinth Canal in Greece, the Metro reported. The 22.25-metre-wide
MS Braemar has squeezed into a canal that is 24 metres wide at its narrowest
point, according to the British media outlet.

the Full Moon of Oct.14. Shown here is
the chart for the Full Moon at the co-ordinates of the Canal. Notice that the
Full Moon axis makes a Grand Cross with the horizon and Saturn-Pluto on the
Descendant.
In his Combination
of Stellar Influences, Ebertin gives the following key ideas about
Saturn-Pluto:
Tenacity and
toughness; the capability to make record efforts of the highest possible order;
the ability to perform the most difficult work with extreme self-discipline.
After a massive effort
lasting 11 years, the Corinth Canal was completed on 25 July 1893 in the
lunar cycle that began with the New Moon of 13 July 1893 placed at [21cn] coincidentally
(?) on the Ascendant [19cn] of the current
Full Moon chart and opposite Saturn-Pluto (record efforts).
The stars on the Ascendant (and also the New Moon of 13
July 1893) are placed in sidereal Gemini (the Twins) - a sign which stands for “joining,
linkages and connections” which is why it rules roads, bridges, canals and
anything that links two separate entities. But more significantly for this
area, Diana Rosenberg writes:
Just southwest of
Procyon are delta and 18 Monocerotis [19cn30, 12cn45] called Kioue-K’iou, (in
ancient China) the Excavation of the
Hills or Deep Causeway of the Water!
PS:
The worldview underlying
astrology sees all of reality as symbolic in nature. To the symbolist, the

Apparently quite unconnected with the
foregoing is news coming in about Putin’s visit to Saudi Arabia during which he
hopes to put forward a peace initiative that could bring Iran and Saudi Arabia
together – a virtually impossible task considering the history of the relationship
between the two countries.
Here is the chart for the Full
Moon at Moscow. Notice the significant alignment of the luminaries with the meridian
square Saturn-Pluto. In other words suggesting a very difficult task of finding common ground between two warring parties!
Notice the bow and arrow and the club in the hands of the Twins who are
strangely also hugging each other!!
